“It took u a long time to sort my subscribeion out , and my only 2isuses have all come after the first few days of the month, so i very much hope the remaining issues will come b4 the end of the month , if not I will not be renewing my subscrion wen it needs renewing.”

“After payment taken from my account in April I was promised June edition. This did not arrive and dispite several emails and false promises I never received this edition. I have since cancelled my subscription and am awaiting a refund”

“NOT IMPRESSED! My order was confirmed on the 18th March, 2013 and I have yet to receive a magazine, have chased by email but will have to phone soon to sort it out!”

“My order wasn't fully processed. Money was taken but details were not forwarded to Mail Newspapers. I finally had to phone to find out what had happened to my vouchers.”

“The website only contains information about the length of the magazine subscription e.g. 6 months, 12 months. It does not provide information on how many issues you receive for that subscription. It was only after I had placed my order that I found out that a 12 month subscription for my selected magazine is only 4 issues. At a cost of over £13 per issue I would have selected a different magazine if I had known this.”

“Subscribed to Hair magazine and never received any magazines for 3 months. Got it sorted in the end but was promised a few copies of magazines and never got them. So I can not recommend them.”
