“Had a voucher code for money off but could not see anywhere obvious to enter the code when purchasing. Thought it may be on the last page but just went straight through and took full payment. Also just wanted to purchase the six month subscription package. Didn't realise that a direct debit would be taken out for extra subscriptions if not cancelled.”
