“Ordered the magazine after e-mail prompt from ISubscribe with their mothers day promotion, was offered extra 5% by a "flashed up banner" that would be deducted @ checkout on their online page - when I checked out it did not deduct the extra 5% offered. I e-mailed them to request a refund to my card of the difference - they flatly refused, when mailed again they said that offer finished in January !! So I emailed them saying their web page must be at fault, they replied saying their "technical department" would investigate - still no goodwill gesture of my money being refunded !!!”

“My magazines all arrive on time and in good order - the price is excellent too! What else could I want? I also use isubscribe to send mags to other people as presents and they too have had an excellent service. I would recommendd isubscribe to any one. Well done!”

“Good, easy to use. Wide variety of magazines. However, don't like the non-option of being able to pay by debit card, rather than direct debit, which can easily be forgotten about over the course of a year (subscription length).”
