Excellent company to deal with, and super speedy - first issue of the subscription arrived within a week. Now that's what I call service. Would definitely recommend them.

Process was easy to follow and there was a discount. However have not been able to download digital version of Country Life, which is included in the subscription, due to an 'error'.

I was a little Dissapointed, as the bokazine was an plod one , the offersin in were dated January 2016 . I received it September 2016

Three things went wrong with my order. 1. I was misled on a payment option. You appeared to offer quarterly payments at the start, which failed to exist later in the process. 2. I was told a discount "gift" of £2.50 would be applied if I ordered immediately, but it was not received. 3. My complaint to the company about the above problems was ignored. I subscribed on 6th September and have still not heard from you a week later!

We would never intend to miss lead our customers, the prices and direct debit terms are displayed on our website, we are only a phone call away if you did need to discuss this further. In regards to the £2.50 voucher this is for one off purchases on our site, which is mentioned on the terms of the voucher, as you selected a direct debit option this is why it was not applied to your order. I have seen the email you sent over on the 6th, I am sorry that the response did not reach you, my colleague responded to you that day to explain, I have resent this to you along with when your first issue will arrive. Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Looking over your order I can see the payment option used was direct debit. Unfortunately, we do advise to all of our customers that our gift/cards/vouchers cannot be redeemed with any direct debit orders, as this is an on- going payment and taken from the publishers. The delivery guideline are shown on the magazine description and also on our website, this would be 6-8 weeks for a bi-monthly subscription. I was given a Gift Voucher as a birthday present, but the choices available to use the Gift Voucher were extremely limited, without spending considerably more (which was not the intention of the gift). The special rates shown on the webpage only apply to payment by Direct Debit and not by Gift Vouchers; which are considerably more money. So as not to spend a fortune on an unwanted gift, I chose something for the kids - so much for a treat for my birthday treat!! I would not recommend an Isubscribe Gift Voucher to anyone.

A good price, but I was unable to send the ecard at the time of the order, just wouldn't send. When I phoned customer service which was not open at the time of my order the woman was very nice and said she could send the email to me to forward. Quite a few were sent many with error codes, the one I did forward I was unable to write on, so not great. I am unable to tell the recipient when they will receive their first magazine. First time I have taken out a magazine subscription online and I'm not overly impressed.

I clicked the buy now £2,50 off. Except I was charged full price and when I rang I was fobbed off. Not happy won't follow on next year

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The £2.50 coupon is emailed to you after you sign up to our newsletter. This email then gives you a code that can be entered onto your order, to bring the price down slightly. Unfortunately, looking over your order you have placed this on a direct debit payment. This will mean the coupon cannot be applied, as this is an ongoing payment and taken by the publishers directly. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind Regards isubscribe

I live in the country, so ordering via my iPad to have the magazine of my choice delivered by post is fantastic. Also having them all in one place is great, I'm thinking of subscribing a few for Christmas presents. Easy to do online. Fab MRS Hilary Erskine, Hampshire
