“I feel that the icard is not very well thought out. It would be better if the printing of the actual card was in the bottom right quadrant so the paper could be folded into a proper card.”

“I really wanted to by an iPad subscription only. The web site said that was possible but when I got to the pages with the subscription options I could find no trace of it. So I had to order a paper version - that still gives access to the IPad version but means that paper will be used unnecessarily.”

“Despite ticking the option to say it was a subscription renewal, you did not give me the option of a start date for the new subscription. Now faced with either double receipts or a gap between subscriptions. Not a satisfactory situation.”

Hello Mrs Poulter When you tick the 'renewal' option we let the publisher know that you have an existing subscription to that title. They should then make sure that they extend that sub instead of setting up a new one. That should mean no gap in service and no duplicates.

“The choice of magazines is very diverse and large. Prices are reasonable and the site it very easy to use. My only complaint is that I entered my email address and clicked on 'send now' to receive a printable gift note (twice) and I have not received it.”

“You need to tell people when the first issue will be delivered. I ordered this as a gift and have now been told that it will take four to six weeks to recieve the first magazine and when I asked if a back issue would be possible the answer was no! NOT HELPFULL”

“Had searched a number of websites for a particular magazine subscription and isubscribe came out by the far the most competitive pricing. About 25% cheaper than other providers. Easy to use service and informative with some great incentives as well. Well done.”
