Every time she comes off it the sensor doesn't switch off so it vibrates and bounces all over the place resulting in it ending up marked! Received very poor customer service so far, taking matters further as not acceptable for the price paid and I'm not accepting a repair.”

“Ordered board for sons birthday (oct 8th), board delivered in a timely manner, however the board didn't work, arranged with the company to collect which they did, chased the company for a new board, was told "we are testing the board" chased company again and was told another board with be sent out and will be delivered on the 28th oct, no board arrived, chased company again and was told another board will be sent and we will recieve it on the 3rd November again no board arrived, chased again, was promised the board will be sent out by next business day, finally received the board, the charger is wrong it doesn't fit the socket and no bag so I will be phoning company again to complain, shocking service.”
