“The payment from paypal went wrong and after that it was terrible communication, the amount of emails I sent to try to sort it I then went on a link you sent me to pay for the Segway which I completed and apparently it hadn't worked but I didn't realise this so you then continued to send me threatening emails I then managed to pay it on another link and everything seemed ok then but communication is terrible, the problem with payment wasn't mine it was between you and paypal so I don't think I was treated very fair. With your threatening behaviour.”
