“Shocking service. Do not buy from this retailer.
I bought and paid £400 for a segway on the 5th December using PayPal. A few days later I had an email from isegway saying there was a glitch with some customers PayPal payment including mine and stated paying using another method which I did do. The segway still hadn't arrived a week later so I emailed them and received a reply stating all orders would be fulfilled by the 30th. On the 21st I rang the number on their web site and was unable to get through after numerous attempts. I also emailed them again. Anyhow after more phone attempts that day, I finally got through. I was told that someone should have contacted me to inform me that the segway that I had ordered had suffered cosmetic damage. This sounded like a load of bull. I was offered the same segway but in a different colour which I did not want as my 11 year old wanted green as that's his colour. I was fuming that no one contacted me and it was now the 21st December. I declined to buy a different segway from them and received my refund. I receiver a green coloured segway 2 days later from another supplier.”
