TOTAL CON, MY DAUGHTERS BOARD STOPPED WORKING.
AFTER MONTHS OF EMAILS THEY SENT TNT TO PICK UP (28TH JULY) I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE..... THEY WON'T RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS, ANSWER MY EMAILS OR SEND ME A WORKING BOARD OR MY MONEY BACK!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF.
DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ADDRESS FOR THIS COMPANY.... CHECKED ON THE TNT PAPER WORK AND ONLY MY ADDRESS ON IT.
Would anyone know where this company is based please? My daughters Segway stopped working about a month after it was purchased, they are ignoring my emails, telephone number does not work. I am in the process of speaking with Consumer Helpline & Trading Standards to process a claim so I'd like to know more about the company. Any help would be much appreciated.

More of a statement than a question. People avoid iswegway! Cannot contact by phone as it disconnects after dialing, they ignore emails, ignore repair contact form that was completed. Was happy with the swegway last November, but forget it if you have a problem! I have had to go elsewhere to get ours fixed.
