“I had purchased a sari blouse vide Order NO 602403, delivered on 24th May, 2023. However, I was not happy with your product as it was not the colour I wanted and I was not happy with the fitting either. As per your return and refund policy I immediately sent an email to iTokri.com on 25th May after speaking to yuor customer service executive. It has now been almost 9-10 days since I sent my refund and no one from iTokri has bothered to respond or contact me. Frankly, I am disgusted and disappointed.”

“my first experience was really good: beautiful products and extremely fast delivery, delicious packaging + note and small gift. the colours of the items (towels) were not exactly as depicted on the site but in one of the two cases the real object was even better than in the pic (there's a note on the site about this issue, so no complain). my roommate has a different story to tell, though. but he'll write his own review once he (finally) receives his own order.”

“Extremely disappointed and will not be them using ever again. I ordered a suit on 3 May and on 2 June it still hasn't arrived in the UK. This is fine if customers' expectations are managed, but I was told my item would be with me in 7 days. The wedding I ordered it for came and went. Overall an incredibly frustrating experiencing and if I could give zero stars, I would. Truly terrible.”

“I enjoyed the experience of ordering. They have an expansive selection ranging from different types of material to designs and art. the quality of the product is very satisfying. I recieved the product with a thank you note and a small gift, which was very sweet.”

“Très contente de ma commande arrivée relativement vite, très bon contact concernant un tissus qui n'était pas en stock dans le métrage demandé, le couvre lit est magnifique et les tissus aussi ! Quel plaisir de recevoir tout cela emballé dans des journaux indiens, accompagné d'un petit mot manuscrit et d'un petit cadeau très joli :-) certes la livraison est chère mais vus les prix de vente, cela permet de commander des tissus introuvables en France à un prix raisonnable , livraison incluse. Merci pour tout !!!”

“I bought a double bed sheet. Beautiful design. Soft, good quality fabric. It didn't shrink or bleed colour after a wash. It fits a 6*5 double bed with about a foot left over to tuck in. The pillow covers are well stitched with zips. Worth every paisa. The delivery was fast, too. My first purchase at itokri, but I certainly will be back. I've already recommended to friends.”
