“The colours were a little off. I had selected a more aqua colour fabric since I didn't have one. The colours were more green-leaning. The colours on the laptop were more earthly(which i like), but a little too vibrant in real life. Perhaps this is to be expected whilst buying online :( I Will not buy again. But the packaging was nice”

“I have been a long time customer of iTokri, and have always had a lovely experience. They always have lovely products, and lately every time I wear one of their masks, I have people asking me where I got them! The little touches like the handwritten notes and the little gifts always make me smile. Their customer service is excellent - the best part being that one rarely needs to contact them! On the very rare occasions that I have needed to contact them, they have been unfailingly helpful and prompt. Will always be a loyal customer!”

They are the best, just as shown in the picture, quality is the best and price is also reasonable. I am blown away by your service as the products reached me on time in Canada. The tracking part was very up to date. Henceforth, Itokri is going to be my first preference as you guys are selling the local hand made artisan made products. “I've received two pure traditional Chanderi Sarees made by master weaver Rauph Khan via itokri. Needless to say, they're exquisite in terms of fabric, colors, zari thread, the butas floating on the gossamery silk and the feathery weight of both the sarees, indeed beautiful.
