“Really good quality in a very decent money. it’s original handmade product. I really like the packaging which was made out of waste. The delivery guy was laughing how it is packed in news paper but I really appreciate you efforts towards sustainability. I also loved the additional gift great job guy will definitely make another purchase soon. Lots of love to team itokri.”

“My friend introduced me to itokri years ago, maybe 5-7 years ago. Since then I've been a regular customer, as has my mom! Itokri has grown over the years but still the customer service is the same friendly and super helpful as it was in the beginning, the hand written notes still make me smile, and the little gifties still make me unbelievably happy! All my love and all the best to the itokri ki toli, keep shining!”

“Terrible service. This is the second time i have experienced delay in your services and you just apologise nothing else. Delay in the sipment. Has to cancel the order due to wrong information provided on the website. Terrible customer support as well. You are just glitter and nice on the outside but inside everything is bad.”
