“I have ordered a few dupattas from itokri before also and absolutely love them. This time the dupattas I ordered were also really good but since I had ordered them for particular functions and they arrived late, I had to sadly return them. Otherwise, they were also of very good quality. Their customer service is also very good as they followed up with me when I mentioned that I haven't received my refund. All in all no complaints. You are doing a great job, keep it up! I love browsing their collection to see what new items they have got as I am a sucker for handcrafts and handlooms. Love, Kakali”

“The masks are really nice and covers the whole face. Sizing is just great. And quality too. However one suggestion if you could make some masks without nose pins as some are not comfortable using it. Otherwise its awesome!”
