“दोनो धारवाड़ कुर्ता अच्छा था।। रंग भी।। अक्सर मोबाइल मे रंग अलग दिखता है तो थोड़ी चिंता थी कि कही रंग अलग ना हो जो देखा था । पर रंग वही हुबहू मिला। पर डिलीवरी मे आपने देर कर दी।। लगभग 15 दिन जो की इतना नहीं लगता हैं। ना कोई ऑर्डर का स्टेटस ना डिलीवरी का पता। कम से कम इस चीज मे सुधार होना चाहिए कि कस्टमर को अपने ऑर्डर का पता हो कि वो किस स्टेज मे है।। ये ना नकारात्मक सुझाव नही हैं पर दिल से अच्छा लगा आपके हर एक प्रोडक्ट को देखकर ।। बहुत अच्छे है कपड़े। आगे भी मे आपके यहां से शॉपिंग करता रहूंगा। पर ऑर्डर समय पर आ जाए।। 🙂 धन्यवाद सहित दीप्रियांका”

“Thank you to the team at itokri; Founders, Customer service, and the great Asha Ram ji and his team who were one of the artisan teams who created a few of the wood Juda sticks / Hair sticks I purchased. I loved the work of the other artisans too, but forgot their names so cant mention. I bought approx 10 hair sticks. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent finish. The polishing was smooth and made usage safe for the hair and easy. The designs were quite unique. Blue Dart delivered and they are very professional. Thank you for promoting artisans and crafts of India at a price that is not extortionist. The curated items are aesthetic and for all tastes and preferences. Thank you for the complimentary soap and scrunchie. I loved many things on the website and will purchase when my budget permits.”
