“Dear Itokri, I am very happy with the quality of the products I have bought. However, there is a disparity between the size mentioned in the invoice and the actual size delivered. One is the right size while the other is not. It has never happened before. Unfortunately, I am travelling right now and am not able to send it right away. I hope I can send the piece next week and that you will be able to replace it with the right size. Regards, Jyothi”

“Ordered candle baskets to gift my friends on diwali, received the order in a terribly damaged condition. I called up the customer service to inform about the product and they tell it's non returnable. I had to share the screenshot of there own product details to make them realise that it was a returnable one . So pathetic the customer service is that don't know their own terms and conditions. I will not recommend itokri to anybody . Terrible experience I had.”

“I have bought 3 printed cotton skirts two weeks ago based on a similar skirt I had bought in January 2022. Each skirt cost Rs. 899, which is quite expensive for a skirt of that quality. But I was even more disappointed with the size. The first one fit me quite well. But the recently purchased skirts are almost 30 cm smaller at the waist. It seems like iTokri has no quality check on the products it sells. This should be done in future.”
