“It was my first order with iTokri and I was a bit apprehensive about getting my size right. I have been wanting to make a purchase from them since a long time as I had heard of their genuine care for handmade crafts and local artisans, but finally went ahead and clicked those buttons. I reached out to them through WhatsApp and they promptly and lovingly answered all my queries, gave regular updates, asked for confirmation on the order, all of which assured me that it's not an automated system I am talking to but caring people. Finally when the order arrived, I was delighted to get my pants with right fit as promised and an additional free gift of a face mask. The handwritten note by a kid was a nice touch, making it very personalized. Loved their packaging totally eco-friendly and absolutely frugal, reflecting their philosophy. Overall a pleasant experience, I must say!”

“Hi, recently i ordered a dress material which was damaged. And I contacted i tokri through mail. I immediately got a call to return the dress material and i returned it through the blue dart. Though the dress colour ,quality, service is good a damaged piece is sent. So please take care from next time. That's the only draw back . If there was no damage the dress material was awesome. Unfortunately I received damaged one. So finally i returned the material and waiting for my refund.”

“ITokri has a nice collection of handicrafts that are not regularly available. They were the only website I could find that had a black moirang phee available. Their Live Chat is also very helpful and they kept me informed of the delivery progress. I would definitely revisit the website.”
