“The print and colours were exactly as shown. The length of the fabric is also "saree panna" which makes it easier to go for long length kurtas while stitching. Packing is also 100% eco friendly and they gave me a free scrunchie!! Reasonable pricing too. Loved shopping from itokri.”

“The staff are courteous! Messages are full of love. This might help but does not make up for efficiency. I once ordered a saree which showed purple in colour on your website but turned out to be blue. I ran out of time to gift it so I did not return it. Then I ordered two sets of mugs which I was told held cracks and were therefore not delivered to me. It would be good if you could ensure the quality of products you sell prior to posting their sale on your website. Yes, and do consider reducing costs so that you stay ahead of the competition. “Beautiful soft material with gorgeous colours and patterns. Delivery is expensive to the UK but still the fabric is cheaper than buying here although you have to wait about 3 weeks. Customer Service is good with prompt replies.”

“ordered 4 sets - material,while 3 stood true to their pic and looked as pretty as they were in the photos,the 4th fell woefully short and looks more like a curtain than a dress material!!! sigh!! Should have clicked on return.. but didnt! anyways my only disappointment was the color runs on all of them except the 4th- duh!! my luck! the selections are easy to make -product descriptions are good, do add another feature - color runs or not!!!”
