“I ordered a set of samples on Sept 24th, so that I can make bulk order for large qty. I still haven't received it and today is Oct 8th. Your service and support is unbelievably poor and unprofessional. I made repeated requests to ship it faster after Itokri mishandled first shipping!”

“Maine 3 sanganeri block.oriny ki chaadar khareede. Manmuhavak rang, aur dher sari choice, daam bhi wajbi. Shopping ka maza aagaya. I tokri ki packing sachmuch environment friendly hai. Cardboard se box banaye hue hai. Jaise woh batate hai, ekdum waise hi.”

“I had to order from iTokri because I needed a Kalamkari print stole in particular. I couldn't find them locally as I have not got the chance to explore the markets in person. Although their platform, delivery, website is in place and there is a responsive customer service too, the core of their business which is the actual textile is not upto the mark and highly priced for what they offered at least in terms of the stoles that I have ordered. Had the need to purchase traditional Kalamkari kurtas too but couldn't proceed any further.”
