“thank you, everything is very nice, the only thing I didn't know was that I had to pay 30 euros for customs. Is it possible to calculate the cost beforehand?”

“The products are beautiful handicrafts and their customer service is very good. The items were perfect as weel as the packaging. The only problem is out of their control: customs fees. I had to pay an extra sum of 39 euros of customs taxes (shipping from India to Italy) and this fact will affect future orders.”

“I brought a Kashmir enamelware tiffin . The staff response to my request and make sure to send me the pretty tiffin . The quality was good too and they even give me 2 napkins to compliment my tiffin. Now I use it everyday and wash it immediately after use to maintain the tiffin. Thank you”
