“This was my second order at itokri. They sent me defective dress material worth 4500 rs. I asked for replacement. They agreed after several calls. The defective material is taken back for replacement but no communication after that. They said they will replace it but this communication gap is not working...also of all i have to keep a track as it's my money. I will not recommend itokri ever.”

“Hello ji! Namaste! Thank you so much for delivering the order with love and care. This is the first time I ordered men's shirts, though I love the prints and patterns there are two things I'd like to see getting better. They are: 1. Better fits. Half sleeve shirts are casual, they can't be so long that can't be worn without tucking in. Also, the first button should be higher up in full sleeve shirts because they are more formal. 2. Better finishing. Less of loose threads. Shukriya 🌼”

“I got hooked with itokeri more than a decade ago. I miss some of the old warmth. The gifts with the order were nicer then. But the quality and variety is great as ever. Love my beautiful cotton stoles. Comfort with style and quality.”
