“I am impressed by the products . Design and comfort is very important and both of them were available. Only thing is the delay in dispatch by not intimating is worrying factor which I hope will be resolved .”

“Recently had an experience with itokri which never happened before. Ordered some items online, from the website of itokri and the next day I was informed that the ordered item was out of stock/ in inadequate quantity. I was requested to change my order what I did once and cancelled the order on another occasion. Please update your website regularly because customers are ordering on the basis of information given there.”
