“I came across this website while looking for handicrafts. I have to say they have a very good collection. The prompt service makes me come back to their website each time. From ordering bracelets to masks to sweets to wall hangings. I'm happy with the products they've sent. The special messages along with an extra gift that I got with every parcel is a sweet gesture. “I ordered this beautiful dried grass tote (love the handwritten personalised note that always accompanies every purchase, not to mention the red seal :-)). I opened the box to find that the bag had been bent out of shape - having been tightly packed in a smaller box than it should have been. I immediately sent pics of it to itokri customer care. The very next day, a rep reached out to me and arranged for the pick-up. while i do regret that i lost out on a beautiful piece, I appreciate the care taken by itokri team to ensure that my complaint was attended.”

“I have ordered 2 kurtis of same size.Guess what? one seems to be larger than other one.I called them and drafted an email for exchange.They said they will take it back but there is no follow up on returns.So better dont buy stitched materials.you can buy cut pieces.”

“The products at itokri are really good. What has caught my eye is their breadth of fabric collection curated from all over the country - almost like an ode to the nation!! I recently got kala cotton fabric from their site. It was a little pricey but the feel of the cotton fabric was definitely different and very breathable.”
