“Website easy to use for online shopping. Good range of products. Customer service great. A product I had ordered was not available - staff emailed me next day, apologised, offered an alternative or refund. The other product I purchased was shipped that afternoon. Happy to return to Ivanhoe Cycles again.”

“I couldn't recommend them more. Honest and with absolutely outstanding customer service. They really care about their customers. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and committed to provide the best service, their communication is also exceptional. If they have the product I react, I won't buy it from anywhere else. Oh... their prices are also very good.”

“Great service, called me on the phone to say order was held up - that's amazing. Such a contrast to the appalling service from a certain online store starting with P and ending in y's who lost my order, never bothered to contact me, when I called them they were incredibly rude. Shop local is much better.”
