They send out cheap rubbish which is nothing like the goods that have been originally ordered.
I returned all of my order, paid for the postage to China, followed all their instructions; except for a tracking number because it is too expensive and they won't refund postage.
After 13 emails, with each excuse more ridiculous than the last, they have still not given me a refund. They have the original order and photos of the rubbish they sent out.
They rely on pushing people to the point of anger and frustration knowing that further action can't be taken because China have there own laws.
Eventually people run out of patience and let the matter go.
It's a disgraceful way to do business.
I am going to post this review on as many websites as I can. Other customers in the same situation should do the same. I have lost £73 because of their unethical business practices”
“Do NOT buy from these ! I ordered a jacket and 2 dresses only the jacket arrived the size guide said Uk size 16 it measures up to a uk size 8 !!!! Terrible quality nothing like The picture. So I emailed to say I had only received the jacket and it wasn’t any good to me and yet to receive any dresses they mailed back and said the best they could do was a £5 off voucher. £5 off!!!! They also advised me to sell it someone else !!! Absolute shocking service, awful quality stay clear of this sight !!”

“This is a genuine review so take heed! DO NOT buy from this company. They fob you off with a 20% refund rather than issue a returns address and encourage you to keep the item. It is clear that who ever runs this must be dropshipping as the sender address is from the UK but then China is for the returns so go figure. I am raising a case against them with Paypal.
My advice is stick to well known online stores. What may seem a bargain is actually a waste of your money. You have been warned.”

I adore this store though must make up for out of country size differences...their Large is usually our small here in the USA...The items I purchased were of solid quality and are all really lovely. I've gotten beautiful lined velour tops and embroidered dresses and just wonderful clothing here! I am excited to shop with ivrose again! Great store!”
“I purchased 3 dresses, 2 jeans, and a set including a crop top and shorts. Everything I received was as pictured. The quality is pretty great considering how cheap a lot of the items are. The only thing I would recommend is to be very cautious with what size you buy since you have to pay for return shipping. Everything in my order got shipped out except the two coats and when I was concerned why, I messaged ivrose and got a quick reply. They reassured me that they would be sent out as soon as possible and I received the shipping notification the next day. Their customer service is great. They offer great sales as well.”
