“Do NOT buy from these ! I ordered a jacket and 2 dresses only the jacket arrived the size guide said Uk size 16 it measures up to a uk size 8 !!!! Terrible quality nothing like The picture. So I emailed to say I had only received the jacket and it wasn’t any good to me and yet to receive any dresses they mailed back and said the best they could do was a £5 off voucher. £5 off!!!! They also advised me to sell it someone else !!! Absolute shocking service, awful quality stay clear of this sight !!”
“This is a genuine review so take heed! DO NOT buy from this company. They fob you off with a 20% refund rather than issue a returns address and encourage you to keep the item. It is clear that who ever runs this must be dropshipping as the sender address is from the UK but then China is for the returns so go figure. I am raising a case against them with Paypal.
My advice is stick to well known online stores. What may seem a bargain is actually a waste of your money. You have been warned.”

I recently ordered two dresses which were delivered to England.
They looked nothing like the pictures online . When i asked to return the items it was a struggle to receive a return address
When I eventually received the returned address they repeatedly stated the returning items needed to be sent back tracked to where I found out it was going to cost £47 per item.
It cost me £50 and was going to cost me double to send back.
IVROSE stated if the tracked item was over the value of 10 dollars I won’t expect it through customs
I am now stuck with two vile items that can’t be sold on!!!

“I have bought a dress from this online shopping. The dress was £20. When it came I was very disappointed straight away as you could see the dress wasn't worth that money at all: the material was really cheap, the dress was completely transparent and seams were cracking when i tried to wear it (which it wasn't in the website's photo) so it wasn't the same dress at all. I had to send it back which would have costed me £8 as i had to deliver it to china...why the delivery when i bought the dress was £2/3 and when i wanted to send it back was £8? Also when i bought the dress it was delivered in few days this means they have a store in UK but when we want to send the item back we have to send them to China or USA so that it would be too expensive and we end up keeping them. Also the IV rose website doesn't allow me to leave reviews of the item I have returned.”

(I believe the company alters the garment to fit the models) I contacted their costomer services several times requesting a refund and not once did they answer. I am now stuck with the unwanted items that cost over £100 and as one can imagine am furious for ever ordering
from them in the FIRST place. This was the first and last time for me and if you have any sence you would not give your money away to this dishonest comany. The items were of the poorest quality and fit and tac.”
