They steal from you, hold onto your money for weeks and then cancel your order when questioned. They “refund” part of what you are owed and tell you to repurchase at your cost.
When you try contact them, they cut you off from the live chat. They email you, which is just a massive waste of time. Then on Facebook it’s more wasted time getting no where.
The clothing is terrible quality, falling apart and nothing like the pictures. When you want to exchange you have to message them for more mess around.
Just lying, stealing time wasters.

“Everything is wrong with Ivrose: 5 wks for delivery, poor quality, description & size of goods incorrect and, worse than all, despite they advertise that one can return the goods, they refused to take the goods back whereas it was their mistake! Total dishonnesty.”

“Worse than bad. Upon receipt of the goods, I found out, that out of 3 items, one jumpsuit, which I ordered in size M, came in size S and the pant, which I had ordered in polyester, came in viscose. When I told them I want to return them, THEY REFUSED and said that they can only reimburse me 10 PER CENT of the PRICE OF THE GOODS. They are the worst I have ever seen. Not to forget that they are not expensive goods but the quality is far lower & cheaper than the price you pay for it and not to forget it took 5 weeks to get the shipment!”
“Item looked nothing like the picture. Cheap and nasty material and a poor fit. No option to return the item. Tried to contact the company and it is an automated messaging service. After 24 hours they asked for my order number so they could advise me how to return. That was 6 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. You pay for what you get and I can’t believe I was taken in by this fake cheap website. Buyers beware. If I could give it a minus rating I would!!!”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Shipping rates are ridiculous. Ship time is longer than promised. Clothes are like tissue paper weight and smaller than measured and if you attempt a return, send it with a signature required. I’m out $80 for 2 dresses between the original purchase and return postage. Now, I’m asking for $43 back for the dresses I returned and have been blocked by customer service on their app and get the same question on FB Messenger. I’ll never see that money, so PLEASE don’t waste yours. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!”

“The first dress I ordered was defective.
I placed another order for 3 other dresses all on the same day as the dress above. After over a month, I STILL have not received these items.
I have asked a number of times for a full refund, they only refunded partial for the defective dress and WILL NOT refund for the other items. I will NEVER use this company again.

“Unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars because that’s what it deserves. Waited for my clothes for over a month and a half nothing came. I asked for a return they said they did it, it’s been over a month and a half almost two months of me asking for my money and they have not returned it just keep telling me to check my account to check my account as if i don’t do it daily. Don’t get scammed for mediocre product that might not arrive and if it does it will take MONTHS ( imagine receiving your summer clothes in September or October) that’s what will happen. Take you money where it counts and respected.”
