“Please do not order from this company !! It is not worth the frustration! I ordered 2 jumpsuits at least 2 months ago now, they came in just under a month and were damaged. I tried to contact customer services via email asking to return and I was ignored multiple times taking to multiple different people. It took a month to get a final response to allow me to return, in which they still haven’t confirmed they have received my items and have ignored me multiple times again !!! I’ve wasted £70, the customer service is absolutely horrendous and I’ve still not had a response from my multiple emails. Please don’t waste your time !”

Il sito dice che spediscono tra 3-7 giorni e che , con corriere espresso, la merce arriva praticamente subito; NON HANNO ANCORA PROCESSATO l’ordine, se non fosse chiaro. Chiedo spiegazioni: solo messenger e rispondono con formati robotici, ergo, nulla di fatto.

“This company is a big farce!! I have contacted them at least a dozen times for a product that I ordered last year and they continue to say it was sent out to me. After the last six emails they told me that I was credited to my account which Is not true because I was never credited. They are not trustworthy in my words. Never received my product and was charged for it. Don’t trust them!!!”
“I have been waiting since April 27, 2020 for a shipping confirmation, and still nothing. Getting through to the company is absolutely impossible. ( I think you can only reach then by online chat, and only between the hours if 6 AM and noon). There is NO phone contact with this company. Don't lose your money by ordering through them. I have been trying to get a refund on my order, and when I DO get someone on chat, I always get disconnected. So far... almost 2 months later...no product and no refund, and NO customer service. “WARNING. I WOULDN'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased 2 items back on April 21, 2020 and April 22, 2020 and have yet to to receive either item nor have they sent me an email to track my shipment. “I have ordered three times the first order was very quick, the second one took longer after 2 weeks of not receiving confirmation I emailed them they said they haven't received payment then a day later they emailed me saying their system had a problem they received my payment and they will Shipp my order it took almost a month but I received it in good condition, thumps up to their customer service Niki, Sylvia and Jenny they kept their promise. However the last item was heels they were very uncomfortable and I wanted change for another shoe and they gave me 3 options. 1. I have to pay for my shipping and it will cost more. 2. I can keep the heels then get 10% off my next purchase and 3. I keep the heels and get 15% refund and I chose option 3 I was just testing them but luckily I received my money within 2 days. Our experiences may differ but so far I'm happy with them.”
