“I ordered a dress from IV Rose. When received, the quality of the item was so poor and cheap, I sent the item back (£7 to Germany!!??) for refund. Four months later and I have received nothing. Communications are poor, details lost etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sell shoddy garments and their refund process is appalling”
“Be really careful. I bought a top from here, the material was so cheap and thin it wasn’t worth anywhere near the £25 I’d paid for it. I immediately went to send the top back. I went to the post office and paid to post it back. A week later I emailed IV ROSE saying I’d posted it back and please could I have a refund and then it started. First they said they’d not received it, this went on for the first 2/3 weeks. But then when I showed them the receipt / proof of postage and they said it wasn’t enough for a refund even though I had paid £7 for postage to Germany to their address! I battled with them a bit over email (they ignore the majority of emails you send). They kept on refusing to refund me. I had to choice but to report them, that’s the only reason I ever got my money back and I never got the £7 postage money back though. That’s another part of the scam! Be really careful. THE MOST CORRUPT COMPANY I’VE EVER BOUGHT FROM. LOOK INTO THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY’RE ALL FAKE!!!!!!!!!!”
“To start of with, the order took a while, okay no problem bit of patience! When it finally arrived, the dress had a fault (ripped at the back of it) despite paying shipping insurance which wasn’t expensive but bare in mind the amount of people that have technically been scammed. Absolute waste of time, learn to look after people’s stuff, bit of consideration please! Refund”
“Absolutely the most horrific company to deal with. I returned my items a week ago to them, they have received it because I have confirmation they have received it (which I sent to them via email) I have emailed 3 times for my refund which is $97 AUD (by the way on the invoice they sent me they valued the items at $4.50 USD!) they also tell you that you can’t put the return amount for over $10USD or they won’t refund you! Please don’t make the mistake I and others have made by shopping with them. From what I can gather any 5* reviews you read on any site for them are fake!!!”
