“Terrible service and even worse quality. 2 items purchased at a cost of $86AU. Was not provided with confirmation of order, several emails to follow up for order details. When I requested my tax invoice was asked why I needed it. Wasn’t until after then I was given order and tracking info (I believe if I hadn’t chased it up I would not have received the items) the two dresses ordered in the same size are vastly different in size (second item waaaay too small) both very poor quality, bodycon dress is paper thin and poorly machines. Sequin dress is missing 1/3 of its sequins. Postal service granted auth to leave by ivrose without my consent. Very very disappointed”

I ordered my IV Rose 8 months ago and the items were shockingly low quality, if I order an item online and the quality isn’t what is expected, I can understand but my major issue is their shocking returns policy. If you want to return an item it is incredibly difficult, I have returned my items 8 months ago, paid postage, tracked etc and I still have not had my money returned, you have to send your items and pay for postage to china, and then to not get a refund is disgraceful. please be aware that if you purchase anything from IV ROSE and expect a refund you will not get one. I am quite frustrated that this company come up first on all google searches and are the worst quality, the most shocking online clothing company I have ever ever dealt with, google need to review who they are allowing to pay for their advertising space! “I am soooo disappointed 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬,I placed order for six items on May 2nd 2019,I was told ones it’s processed and shipped I will be notify but no I stayed 12days after no notifications I emailed Ivrose and they apologize and sent me a tracking number,and on the 24th of May I received just one item in my mail box and I emailed them they apologize and sent me 2more tracking number and on the following day May 25th it says delivered and it was again one item I was missing 4 and they said it’s in traffic only for me to stay in the house yesterday May 27th and another pakage was placed in front of my door and no one even knocked,my husband just feel like someone walking at the door and opened the door took the pakage and gave me I opened and only 3items were inside and one item is still missing and I have no tracking number for that item and it’s a jumpsuit and that was the most that attracted me to place that order and now am writing and sending email and they are ignoring me😬😬😬😬😬 have sent like four emails yesterday but no reply,if I were to give zero rating I will give because it has been inconvenient for me always staying home waiting for my pakage to be delivered but at the end of the day one is still missing 😬😬😬😬😬”
“Material of the dress I purchased was cheap and nasty. When I tried to return it I was told it had to be recorded, as it was going back to USA it would cost £12, the dress was only £22 so have it to charity.

I emailed them and never got an answer on were to return them. I then i disputed the charges with my credit card. 3 months later I got these charges dropped. They send out cheap rubbish which is nothing like the goods that have been originally ordered.
I returned all of my order, paid for the postage to China, followed all their instructions; except for a tracking number because it is too expensive and they won't refund postage.
After 13 emails, with each excuse more ridiculous than the last, they have still not given me a refund. They have the original order and photos of the rubbish they sent out.
They rely on pushing people to the point of anger and frustration knowing that further action can't be taken because China have there own laws.
Eventually people run out of patience and let the matter go.
It's a disgraceful way to do business.
I am going to post this review on as many websites as I can. Other customers in the same situation should do the same. I have lost £73 because of their unethical business practices”
