“ Bunch of cowboys!!! Ordered an item in plenty of time for a gift, they lied about their delivery time so when it FINALLY arrived it was far too late. Sent it back for a refund, have received a partial refund with no explanation and I’m still fighting it now several weeks on! Awful customer service, no idea what they are talking about and the company is just blatantly trying to hang on to my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! ”

“ Absolutely disgrace of a company, 11 days of no dispatch so I asked for a refund and they said it would be in my account in 5 working days, messaged several times and a month and a half later I still have not been refunded. I wouldn't bother ordering from them! What a joke ”
