"0 STARS!\r\nWhat an appalling experience with customer service!! I was sent the completely wrong item so I went to there site which had an online chat service and I spoke to someone who assured me they would send through the correct items and the wrong items would be collected and I could choose a time slot. I thought great that\u2019s that sorted. A few days past and I was getting worried as I had received no sort of confirmation email or the email to choose my time slot. so I went on again to talk to someone on their online chat service who informed me that the person I previously spoken to had got everything wrong and had lied to me. She said they cannot send items over a request on this chat and although I can have the items collected I cannot choose a time slot or even a day I just have to wait and see when the the person collecting comes (luckily he did turn up this week and luckily my mum was in to give him the items) I was also told I would not get my refund until they had received the items back. After all of the lies and awful service I would strongly advice no one to shop here!! \r\nAfter all of this I was told I would be sent a complaint form which I have not been sent so I went about writing my own complaint email to them which I have heard nothing back from!! The items I had ordered were eco friendly and claimed to be made from 100% recycled bottles this is inline with everything I believe in and I was pleased with this find the items that turned up had on the label made from 100% polyester this is not what it says it is made from on the website. The confusing part is that the receipt says they are the correct item and they had a funny cut out of the company\u2019s name that they were supposed to have come from in the bag, which seemed very out of place. I believe that these are fake products claiming to be eco friendly and in fact they are not. Either this or they did just send me the wrong item. I would like for this to reach someone in charge as to me it does not seem legit and I would like some sort of explanation. "
