“This would have been 5 stars except the packaging was very poor; a bit of bubble wrap and a padded envelope meant a box with crushed sides. For a few pence more it could have been so much better protected ????”

“An internet search showed that J Herron and Son Ltd were selling the Trollbeads pendant I wanted at the most competitive price. I placed the order through their website which was very easy to navigate. They sent me an email confirming my order, and another email to tell me that my order had been posted to me (within 24 hours of my order). My pendant arrived quickly, in a Trollbeads box and was just perfect! Overall, this was a really good online shopping experience. I will buy from J Herron & Son Ltd again and would recommend them highly.”

“bracelet arrived nicely packaged on time and lovely quality , this is a gift for my daughter for xmas, I have ordered 3 bracelets from j Herron now and have been thrilled to bits with each one.I have also ordered earrings and been equally pleased with the jewellery and excellent service from j Herron.”

“Thank you for such a brilliant service. Could not believe how quick! Ordered 19.36 25/10/16, dispatched 09.37 26/10/16, and recieved next day before noon. Not only was the advertised price already £15 less than any other supplier I also received an additional 10% discount for first order That gave a total saving of 37% off r.r.p. Would definitely reccommend!!”

“I bought a watch - delivered when they said they would and a bonus of money off for first order which was a bonus. highly recommended for anyone who cannot visit a retailer - mind you they were also great value - I checked around both on the high street and online, certainly came out tops.”

“Ordered a Sieko Sportura GMT watch which was a very competitive price but was even better following discount for a first order. The watch arrived next day, it was carefully packaged with the presentation box including the important Sieko warranty card. Overall, I am delighted with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to use J Herron & Son again.”
