“Lovely earrings, sent in a a letter envelope and in a draw string bag so I had to email for a gift box as they are a Christmas present. Happy with the end result but felt they were just posted out with no thought process.”

“Phoned yesterday at 14.30 to order a watch. At 9.15 today Royal Mail delivered the watch. Everything in order, watch working and unblemished , presentation box, guarantee, credit card receipt. Fantastic service.”
