1 star: Bad 4 days ago Bought a suit for my sisters wedding… Bought a suit for my sisters wedding the week prior to it waiting for my order three days before the wedding they decided to message me saying they’re no longer had it in stock a pair of trousers but they process the rest of my order and sent me half a suit will cost me £200 I found them got it sorted out got a refund Pending into my account they told me to to refuseDelivery where arrives but that didn’t arrive till 12 pm Friday I’m a sister was married 10 am Friday so I had to fork out another £200 on the suit So that’s now £400 down Then they send me a message today telling me it could be up to 14 days to receive my money back absolute shocking I would never order from here again poor customer service dreadful

Ordered an item from Jacamo which they're Web site stated was in stock and paid for 5 working days delivery. Now 7 working days later have still not received my item called to enquire about itand was told I would not reserve it for another 2 days. When I had a look on Hemes site and used my tracking number it hasn't even been sent out yet. Looks like this will be my last purchase from Jacamo. Shame I had to give them 1 star to send this review should be a 0 star on there.

Refunded money taken back from my account with no reason of explanation. Also, they sent me an empty bag instead of my order. Customer service is awful

Very poor customer service awful, complaints are ignored and poor excuses are given, all round very poor customer service and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere

They have no security in setting up an account. Someone has set up an account in my name got £850 worth of credit and no checks They dony care shocking

My Son ordered 3 T-Shirts for £15. He has paid for them. Been bombarded with texts every month saying he owes more money. So far, he has paid £46. I understand interest gets added!!!! But he just wants to pay it off, and close the account. Let him do it Now. I am contacting the financial Ombudsman & Citizens advice Bureau. You are a bunch of thieves

Take a good look at your reviews. Your statements are misleading. Your online shop is faulty. Your next day delivery promise doesn't apply to all items. Your customer service is farcical. Your products however are good but I will no longer shop with you because of the many misdemeanours.

Ordered wrong size trousers, my fault entirely. After talking to customer services replacement trousers delivered next day and wrong ones collected, no charge. Cannot fault this company or very helpful customer services.

Terrible experience. I ordered a graphics card from them... I then called them after I had ordered it to Ensure that the order had gone through and would be fulfilled. I was informed that YES the order was already approved, So I went and cancelled a pre-order I had with another supplier. The next day I was told my order would be cancelled......So I lost my position in the previous suppliers queue and now have to queue all over again and no sign of any sort of genuine remorse for the terrible customer service. Will not use again

The most awful company if I could give0-I would been trying to return a broken cooker hob for 3mths that they have charged to my account now they are sending arrears letters all I want is them to credit the account and take away the broken cooker have been told I was rude, been lied to so many times by them wasted so much time on the phone sent emails nothing gets sorted AVOID THEM

Don't even attempt to shop from this company. I have tried to order 5 times from this company and every time my order has been rejected. Keep in mind 4 of these were cash orders, so each time they have put funds in my account on hold. All together totaling nearly £800 I currently can't use. So why was the initial order rejected? Because when I opened my initial account I clicked apply for credit and was told I was successful and given a credit limit. Then when I actually placed my order it was canceled because apparently I hadn't passed their credit criteria. So why give me a credit limit? I then paid cash. Next day no coat arrives and I check my account history. Order cancelled? I ring up and ask why? Apparently they don't accept Capital One. Okay, odd one but why put funds on hold? So I then I tried to pay with Barclay Card. Cancelled. I wonder have I done something wrong. So I tried again. Next day no coat arrives. So I check order status. Cancelled. I then contact Jacamo to ask why my order has been cancelled. They claim as I have a credit account I can't use the same account to pay cash, so I need a new account. Again this makes no sense as if I can't pay by cash on that account then why put funds on hold on my account? Or we don't Jacamo just state this on there website? Anyway getting pretty annoyed I open another account and make sure I DON'T press apply for credit. I then proceed to place the order paying CASH... Order cancelled. I then proceed to contact Jacamo again and ask what this time has made them cancel my order. I was told unfortunately when I placed my order I failed their credit check. I then pointed out this was a cash account, to which the person I was speaking to agreed but said that was the message from credit control. I then asked surely I could pay cash still? To which is was told "unfortunately it doesn't look like it"... And that was that. I officially give up on Jacamo and brands owned by the same group and then found the same coat elsewhere for cheaper. Please avoid this company unless you have unlimited time to deal with them and unlimited funds to be put on hold.

First experience ordering from them and it has been so so bad! The promised fast delivery and we have been waiting for over a week. Called customer service yesterday and firstly they lied to us saying that they attempted to deliver, when have been at home the whole week. Then they told us that they were only 2 items available for delivery out of the 5!!! Terrible customer service!! We then decided to cancel the order and we are waiting for a refund! They didn't even had the decency of sending a cancellation email back to us! But they took the money from my account in less than 10 mins!!

Jacamo are advertising falsely a service that's not available. They do not offer next day even though the website say so. They also say fastest but the customer service team do not know what this is as they refer to express. Anyone ordering clothes on next day from 20th November till now can phone and receive a full refund. If you also pay for the subscription service you are entitled to a part refund. False representation and they will not remove it probably as they make so much. Martin Lewis will investigate and hopefully show them as the con artists they are.

Ordered and paid for a pair of wide fitting shoes, which were so narrow i couldn't get them on. Waste of £44.

Ordered 2 shirts. 1 arrived and other 1 to 2 weeks later. I planned to pay for the both together. Never had a problem in the past. When I phoned to make payment, was told gone over 21 days, so charged me £39.51. Each shirt was £12, delivery £2.95, and late payment fee of £12. This doesn’t even add up. Told them to cancel my account, and not to send any further info. Absolutely disgusted with them. CAVEAT EMPTOR

Awful customer service, poor website made duplicate order that they won’t cancel. The order has to be shipped out then I had to go through returns process for refund. So frustrating! AVOID

Issues with direct debit payment - Have always had a DD to pay as this ensures that the payments are received and I dont get penalised. However, over the last 4 months my DD's never came out and I have received charges, I did contact customer services and a snotty advisor pointed out the T&C's of my credit agreement (which I totally understand) but my issue was with the fact that my payment failed even though I had the funds available. Although my DD is still, supposedly, in place I now make manual payments. Once repayed I will certainly be closing my account.
