Do not use! Despite 2 chat conversations assuring me a refund would be issued first in 24 hours and then 5 days I’m STILL waiting

To make matters worse, it took an unreasonably long time to process a refund.

As I still had no confirmation the next day, I contacted their "chat" team again, but was advised the order was still cancelled and they wouldn't actually be able to get it resent as I would have to pay again because the original payment was being refunded, but would take 7-10 working days to go back into my account.

They are more than happy to sell you an item that they dont have , cancel it , and then not refund you ....terrible company

__ DO NOT USE ___ Placed an order in January - payment given. Goods Failed to arrive - refund issued - all good. 64 days later - take full payment without any notice or reason!! Now refuse to answer e-mails. Crooks or Useless ???

I placed an order for a coat. Delivery stated 3-5 days which meant it would arrive for when I needed it. I checked the email receipt and the delivery was scheduled for much later. I contacted customer services to cancel my order to be advised that they didn't have the item in stock - it would be another 8 days before they took delivery of it. The money as taken from my bank and they refused to refund until they had the item in stock.

TOOKS WEEKS FOR A REFUND AND I REORDERED A DIFFERENT STROLLER (hopefully this doesn't break if I ever receive it that was the 9th August it was ordered) AND THAT STILL HASNT ARRIVED.

Contacted Jacamo who advised to return for a refund, I asked for an exchange but they would not do that.

Just spent an hour on the phone after receiving the wrong items! All I wanted was for the correct order to be sent out asap!! This it seems is far too difficult! So now after a very confusing conversation, I've had to pay again including postage (talk about an insult) I also had difficulty getting the customer service rep to tell me how much he was actually charging me to get my correct order delivered after he kept changing his mind about discounts and goodwill gestures and ended up paying only £1 less after a supposed 25% discount and free postage and to add insult to injury I won't be refunded for the original order until they receive the return of the wrong items THEY SENT !! It's like a bad joke "come on Jacamo" I know we all make mistakes! But all other good quality companies no names mentioned apologise and immediately send out the correct goods free postage of course and most certainly DO NOT expect you to pay again for their mistake and then have to wait days for a refund of the original order!!! It saddens me greatly that customers are treated this way and has put me off ordering again!!!
