“Very fast, very reliable, excellent customer service. I've used James Foy for a number of years; they never let you down on any job, big or small. Once you've put the call (or email) through to Gemma, you can bet the job will be sorted in no time. Quotes come in higher than your average but they deliver with outstanding work, every time. I used to pay peanuts and got monkeys - my hair stopped going grey with worry once I started using these guys. Highly recommended. 5 STARS.”

“Communication throughout has been clear and concise. Were running slightly late, but let us know after a quick call. Work was quoted fairly and engineer was clear about options and what would be most effective. Engineer was friendly, worked tidily, and worked hard the full time he was at the property. We would recommend James Foy Plumbing to others, and would certainly use them again! many thanks”

“I wish I could express my appreciation for this company somehow. My father, who is elderly, had a dysfunctional boiler constantly losing pressure. He found another company (who turned out to be charlatans!) and made an appointment. They attended almost instantly and gave my father a quotation (which neither he or I had the means for) for a new boiler as the boiler couldn't be repaired due to the parts no longer being available. I figured I would ask for a second opinion and we continued to add pressure to the system until a second opinion was obtained. James Foy Plumbing arrived and explained this was of course nonsense and explained a part would be required and was accessible next day. A few days ago they attended, fitted the replacement part and then serviced the boiler. Boiler is now operating satisfactory and the pressure hasn't needed to be fixed by. Thank you thank you!”

“I am glad I opted to use James Foy, since the Engineer, Kevin, was very knowledgable and used his expertise to Power Flush my central heating system. Although it is early days I have seen a great improvement, which can only get better. Kevin was a likeable person and can draw on great knowledge from his experience over the years, which leads me to know that he he imparts confidence in his skills. I would use this company again and, will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you to the man who leads this business.”

“We recently had our old boiler replaced. From advice given about which boiler to choose to the regular updates on the job and friendly and efficient workers (and tidy) and patient answering of queries and answers to teething problems, I would not hesitate in using James Foy plumbing again.. So much so that we have asked for a quote to have our bathroom done.”

“The service is of a high standard all-round and friendly. They replaced the ageing, big cylinder boiler in my apartment with a more reasonably sized modern one. Can't fault any part of the service: from the ladies on the phone, the reasonable advice and quote to the installation of the new boiler. Most impressed by the engineer who went out of his way to overcome an unforeseen problem and get the job done by the end of the day & still made time to leave the place tidy & had time to answer my questions as well. Would recommend!”

“13th Dec, 2016 Dear Mr Foy, Just a quick line to say thank you for attending to our central heating repair. We are both very pleased with the efficiency that you company took to get our heating system back working properly. We'd also like to mention your engineer Peter Berry who attended. Peter was at our house for a full two days to carry out power flushing of our central heating system and fit new valves. The system was admittedly a bit of a mess and totally clogged up in places. Peter worked none stop and is a credit to you and your company. Just to say we would be more than happy to recommend your company again in the future. Yours sincerely David and Linda Ashworth”
