“James Foy Plumbing have recently completed a total refurbishment of my bathroom and I could not be more happy with the end result, especially my new walk in shower. This is a first class company , honest, reliable and extremely friendly. They charge a fair price for a fair job and will often go the extra mile. I cannot recommend them highly enough.I shall certainly be using their services again and again.”

“The lady that answered the phone was helpful and friendly and explained prices etc. I was told someone could come at 9 o'clock on Tuesday and he arrived on time and fixed the boiler quite quickly . Friendly and helpful staff and I would recommend.”

“Work was completed to a good standard eventually, workers who turned up were friendly enough however, on the second day the man who turned up had brought the wrong part for my boiler and as he had already taken the boiler apart before realising decided it was ok to leave us without heating and hot water overnight so that when he came back the next day he wouldn't have to do as much work. There were mitigating circumstances in that the man who did this had not been the one to start the job, he had called in sick. With that being said I would use James Foy again although I wouldn't allow them to leave my boiler in the state it was left in overnight.”

“Their service was excellent, carried out with care and attention. Having just come out off hospital for a few months, the plumber seems to go that extra mile....or perhaps that is their normal service. Would recommend them highly.”

“I'm really happy with James Foy Plumbing. I needed a Landlord Gas Certificate for a flat that I let out in Waterloo. I live in the South and had to organise everything on the phone and by email. The team were great, sorted the certificate quickly and fixed an issue with the boiler that they found during the inspection within 2 days. All for a really reasonable price. I highly recommend them.”
