“Booking was made professionally and efficiently. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours due to mechanical issues. We contacted Japan Ski Experience(JSE), they in turn arranged a private shuttle from Chitose airport to Niseko at no extra charge. The hotel suggested was wonderful (Shiki Niseko) , walked to ski bus, restaurants, bars, a very convenient location... Yes, we had a wonderful time in Niseko, and definitely will book with JSE again...”

“Our consultant Sarah was extremely helpful for every aspect of our trip - accommodation, location information, bus bookings, and lift pass bookings... You name it, she had it covered! This made our first trip to Japan extremely easy, and all the more amazing. The time distance between Australia and the UK was never an issue either, with all correspondence over email and very prompt.”

“"I have using Japan Ski Experience service for consequent 2 years for my holidays in Japan. I think they have great selections of a wide range of apartments and houses, each of them are so unique and very comfortable. \r\nJSE is a group of young enthusiasts, from the stage of planning I can already using instant messenger for advice on destination choice in Japan. The itinerary they prepared are very detailed, given me great help during my trip to Niseko or Nagano. "”

“Answered emails promptly. Organised all of our transport, lift tickets, accommodation brilliantly. When I had a problem with the accommodation, the staff were right in Niseko to help us.”
