“I just came back from my ski holiday in Niseko. A very big thank you to Yuka who took care of all the arrangements and everything was settled and everything waiting for us. From the pickup at the airport, to having the guy waiting for us at the accommodation and ski passes all waiting for us. I would definitely use them again and their choice of accommodation was excellent. Use them if you want a worry free smooth as silk holiday.”

“The service provided by Ai Tomizawa was really good in answering my questions and organising our ski experience. Our accommodation in Hakuba at Hakuba Grand Apartments was excellent (lovely, large, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment, very well located walking distance to ski lifts). The manager Dave (and his assistant Takami?) were really helpful and it was so convenient to have them drive us around in their own shuttle. The lift passes and ski hire all worked very smoothly. The Snow Monkey tour with our American guide (John?) was really great. Thankyou!”

“Our accommodation was wonderful at Koharu Resort in Wadano - clean, tidy, modern, close to ski field and restaurants and the communication with Japan Ski Experience was excellent, quick and efficient. Thanks so much guys, we will be back!”

“We used Japan Ski Experience (JSE) to book a skiing holiday in Hakuba Japan. The beauty of using JSE is that a lot of items can be booked and there is only one sheet to reference so expenses are quite clear. Coupons provided for room and ski reservations were accepted without difficulty. Pre-holiday communication was straight forward with responses coming immediately. Some people may think that the requirement of a deposit upon booking and paying for the complete vacation a couple of months in advance is a minor inconvenience given that in many cases one can simply pay upon finish of the holiday. But we had a great holiday! I recommend their service.”

“Justine was always very prompt in her email replies to any queries that I had. However the user interface of your website can be improved. The navigation on the site can be better designed and the drop down list does not necessarily aligned when viewing on the mobile. TAke into consideration that many people are browsing in their mobile phones instead of laptops/ desktops in revamping”
