“Great service from start to finish from all the guys. The Musashi Accommodation was perfect for the 8 of us as its spacious enough. The beds and pillows were comfy, showers hot and rooms warm. Location was great, 2 min walk to the shuttle, 3 mins to Lawsons, 7 mins to Hirafu Centre and 15 mins to the Hirafu Gondola. Thanks Guys!!!!!”

“I just came back from my ski holiday in Niseko. A very big thank you to Yuka who took care of all the arrangements and everything was settled and everything waiting for us. From the pickup at the airport, to having the guy waiting for us at the accommodation and ski passes all waiting for us. I would definitely use them again and their choice of accommodation was excellent. Use them if you want a worry free smooth as silk holiday.”

“The service provided by Ai Tomizawa was really good in answering my questions and organising our ski experience. Our accommodation in Hakuba at Hakuba Grand Apartments was excellent (lovely, large, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment, very well located walking distance to ski lifts). The manager Dave (and his assistant Takami?) were really helpful and it was so convenient to have them drive us around in their own shuttle. The lift passes and ski hire all worked very smoothly. The Snow Monkey tour with our American guide (John?) was really great. Thankyou!”
