“we arrived late and the concierge was nice enough to drive down to our apartment to pass us the keys even though instruction was to pick up the keys from the office. good service indeed. thank you.”

“The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Location is great and close to everything. The staff is extremely helpful and helped on changing bus ticket. Very happy with the service.”

“Ai was our ski repwwntative and was helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Our accommodation was perfect and Mak at Beaver Lodge was invaluable to us. We have skied alot in Canada and the USA and would highly recommend the Beaver Lodge and Japan Ski Experience, especially coming from far away.”

“hotel was perfect, they supported our every need and made us feel very comfortable. CS Snowports central provided good equipment and replaced a damaged ski pole withno fuss or bother”
