“Always responded quickly to any queries. Incredible accomodation with ski hire already for us to pick up when we arrived and the lift tickets were already at our apartment. Check in and out of accommodation was easy and the bus transfer from Sopporo to Hirafu was fantastic with a taxi waiting for us at Hirafu Welcome Center ready to take up to our accommodation. With four kids and four suitcases we were very grateful for this service. A wonderful experience which we will be repeating for Jan 2019. Thank you very much we had the best ski holiday.”

“The bookings, pick-up and drop offs were quite hassle-free. Would have been even better if Landmark was given our departure details, so that they would have known that a departure was already arranged.”
