“I inundated the team with questions, and no matter how trivial or silly, I got all my questions answered. The response time was quick, the guys went above and beyond to give me suggestions outside of scope as I was asking for things not within the bookings. I also felt I got a good deal with accomodation and that was the highlight for us. On arrival, I got a concierge (a nice surprise) and then when my pick up was late, I got through to the team with just a phone call! Super reliable !”

“Japan Ski Experience were easy to deal with from start to finish. They helped find us the exact accommodation we were after and we had a great trip. Every aspect of the trip was easy from booking, payment, transfers, Snow Monkey Tour, extra lift tickets and answering questions when we were in Japan.”

“Booking through Japan Ski Experience took all the guesswork out of transfers and timings. At the last minute we had to change a transfer and the Japan Ski Experience team were easy to reach and made our changes quickly. The communication along the way with travel documents and reminders was excellent. Will always use Japan Ski Experience when visiting Niseko.”
