Thanks for the feedback. Our record shows your 2nd order was received on Saturday 04/12/21 and your order was sent out on Monday 06/12/21 with no delay. My apology for the delays in transit due to the peak season. We also noticed that your 1st order was received a lot faster than the 2nd one. The trend we noticed is: the bigger a parcel is and the faster it travels, as smaller parcels can get stuck in transit easily or be put aside/stored during busy seasons. “Great choice of product. Only issue I had was I seem to have a large size head and there were no sun hats to fit! That was an extra as I was shopping for chemo headware. I used the express post option for delivery as I wanted to ensure my order arrived from Sydney to Melbourne promptly in the middle of the Australia Post delays/delivery issues. The ordering and delivery all went smoothly.”
