“I am a first time customer and I placed an order on Dec 7th. It said I had two day shipping but I haven’t received my package. The tracking information shows it sitting in preshipment since Dec 9th. I have submitted a customer service inquiry several days ago with no response. I have researched but cannot find a phone number for your company. Unacceptable since you don’t respond to emails. First impression is not going well. When will I receive my items?”

“We received a notification that our item was shipped right away. We have not received the product or any further updates and the tracking does not show the product has even been picked up for shipment. Very disappointed!”

“Overall I was very satisfied with the product. However the shipping took a little while. And I found the package shoved in my mailbox. I understand that that isn’t necessarily the company’s fault. But I was a bit worried for my items being handled so roughly.”
