“Packaging was soo pretty! It was done very nicely. Shipping was super fast i got it within a could of days. This is where I like to buy all of my makeup. I have everything they have on their website. Great customer service! Highly recommend Jatie beauty!”

“oh wow, i love Jatie Vlogs i would do anything to meet them, so i bought some of their products (J80 fit!) and it cane within 2-3 days, no damage and nothing was stolen either! everything is great quality as well, just a little bit pricey, but worth it! i would recommend J80 fit items and more! Thank you so much Katie and Josh (and Topper,) lol!! 💗”

“I ordered an item and was shipped the wrong thing. They said I have to ship the item back and they won’t send me the correct item until they receive the wrong item back. Not great customer service to make me wait for the item I’ve already paid for even though it’s their mistake they shipped me the wrong item.”

Occasionally A wrong item is shipped, once we see the incorrect item has been sent as no cost to customer the correct item will be sent out, it the item does not have to be received. Sorry for the inconvenience.
