I ordered for 2 necklace sets and 2 kadas to match the sets on 27th Feb. It’s 7th April today. I still have not received one of the necklace set. Without it, one of the kada is just useless. And customer service keeps giving the spin that they are escalating it to the concerned team! 40 days and still waiting!

All in all, terrible customer service by not getting back to me in the 48 hrs they promised.

I ordered for quite a few pairs of footwear recently. The delivery takes anything between 3 - 4 weeks! God knows why! And if you have to return a product it's a nightmare. The products are not upto the mark. The service is absolutely pathetic.

Higher price of cheap products. Wors service and worst products. They took 45 days to deliver it to Bengluru.

If I have a option for 0 would have given that. It was due to covid that we had switch to online shopping even for handicrafts. Looking at their customer service I highly doubt if they would survive when things are opening up. No update on mails even customer care are clueless to answer any concern. Would not recommend to anyone.

HO!HO!HO!.... It seems that their senior management customer service should be replaced I ordered one ready to ship kurta which could not be delivered till now and my refund is still pending. When I called I was asked to wait till my hair got white. Pathetic senior customer management/Managers no emotions towards customers. BUY, IF YOU HAVE BLACK MONEY, AND NOT TO WORRY!

Absolutely pathetic customer service, don't pick up phone, ship the order even when email is done within minutes of ordering with a concern raised and then reply after 2 days that can't do anything as product is shipped. They just hide behind curtains of technicality.
