“Would have given a "Very Good" rating except the shipping/arrival date was changed which necessitated in getting a neighbor to sign for the wine as we were out of town on the final date. Outstanding packaging! All of the bottles arrived in great condition.”

“Service from start to finish was first rate, efficient, and trouble free. The wine we purchased for the first time was the beaujuleau nouveau and was exactly what we wanted. We have been ordering kosher wines regularly from you over the last five years and have always been most satisfied with the selections offered and the service provided. Keep up the fine service and choices available. Purim and Passover are coming so we will be ordering again soon. Many thanks.”

“I'd say 'Very Good' but it's our first time ordering from KW and we don't want to flatter anybody full-tilt quite yet. We ordered a few bottles of Duc de Pagny Beaujolais Nouveau and though it's a mite dryer than we typically enjoy, was quite enjoyable none-the-less. To be continued...”

“Excellent products, fast delivery, good prices and wonderful sales. Many small Israeli wineries are represented which you will not find at your local store. I take advantage of free delivery by purchasing wine by the case (you can mix brands in the case). I can't think of a better way to enjoy great wine, enhance your seudot, and support Israel at the same time.”

“Wnes arrived on time and prices were reasonable. However, I was not happy with the packaging. The bottles are not secure in groups of 3 but rather stand upright as a group of 12 and there is too much movement. They are not secure enough and I will likely not purchase again from this vendor.”

Hi Aviad, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on our new packaging. I understand your concern with regard to the security of the bottles and how it is different from the way we used to pack. The new material and way of packing, however, was advised to us by the wine industry as the best way to pack, and was tested and verified by industry experts. Please let me know if there is anything else we can respond to, or any help you may need.

“I usually get good service from you, but this last time, it was over a week until I got an email that my order shipped. AND I got this email only when I complained that I had not heard from you, and is it possible that you forgot about my order. This is the only time this happened, since I have been ordering from you. I don't order much lately, since our local grocer stocks a good selection of kosher wine, but sometimes I want to try something that they don't have.”

Since you live in Texas, however, transit time is extended due to extra regulations that the state puts upon us. Having said that, it is our utmost priority to get all orders to customers as quickly as possible. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do to make for a pleasant experience.

“I am upset, since I ordered a box of wine 3 weeks prior to a bar mitzvah. The wine never showed. There was zero communication on your part. It was extermely unprofessional. Apparently a wine was missing, so contact the customer to let them know! The wine finally arrived on the same day as the party. I am still very upset.”

“The service was excellent - the wines arrived promptly and we received exactly what we ordered. The Bravdo Merlot had heavy sediment and was on the verge of turning which may be a result of it not having been well stored. the color and consistency was muddy. the Cabernet Sav. on the other hand was outstanding. As were the Dalton Alma series. We haven't consumed it all - but thought you should know about the Merlot - both bottles that we opened were in similar condition - one slightly better than the other - but you should certainly check your stock.”

“only 1 of 2 cases ordered was delivered. multiple people spent hours on the phone trying to track the missing case. 3 visits were made to a UPS holding facility where we were told the case was being held. kosher wine said they were on top of it, but obviously not”

Hi Bini, Im sorry for the frustration involved in trying to locate the missing case. It looks like the cause of the trouble with UPS was a faulty zip code put down when the order was made. We did try our best to locate the package with UPS, and it is our displeasure that it got lost at their facility. Again, we did try to get to the bottom of the situation moments before Shabbat came in, and it is our dissapointment that UPS could not find it.
