“This wine was an absolute blessing from God to our home. I bought this for my husband for Thanksgiving day here in the USA and he loved it. All he had to do was smell and he knew it was of great quality. (I am totally ignorant of wine or any alcohol so searching for quality for him for a special occasion was great) We certainly look forward to purchasing again from you. Thank you.”

“All I can say is, Outstanding! I ordered two cases of a wine that I already know and love. They are holiday gifts for my fellow leaders in the office (and a few extra for me). Other web sites were charging the same price, for half sized bottles. Not only was the price right, but the shipping was phenomenal. Since I had my order shipped directly to the office, I made a reminder to tell the mail room these were coming. Thinking I would have several days before needing to warn them I had these holiday gifts coming in, I was shocked when my mail room manager wandered up to my desk with two big boxes days before I thought I needed to warn her...not knowing what these were for, she just asked me if I was having a really rough week :) My experience with Kosherwine.com has been Outstanding! You know where I’m going for any future orders, Thanks!”

“I live in Texas and Kosherwine was the only site that would ship to Texas! I cannot buy this wine anywhere here. So I am so happy that I can atill get it and not have to pay for shipping! Thanks!”

“I was never given an email with the tracking number days after I order the wine. I called once and sent two emails, after that I got an email back with a tracking number saying that it was supposed to be delivered on November 9. It was not it was delivered the next day and since I was not home it was not delivered because I didn’t sign for it. I specifically wanted this wine to take out of town with me to visit friends. I’m sure you have little to do with the shipping, however I didn’t get a tracking number until multiple contacts with your company. You should correct this otherwise I will not be buying wine from you again.”

Hi Steven, Thank you for you taking time to provide feedback. I apologize for the wait, but per our site, shipping to Texas takes about 12 business days due to state regulations. Accordingly, no tracking number is given until the day before when LSO scans it in. This is provided in the post purchase email to make sure we're on the same page. This order was delivered in less than 12 days actually ahead of schedule. We would certainly hope to gain your confidence with this info in mind, and look forward to helping you with an order in the future.
