“The price and delivery were excellent, but general customer service is lacking. After ordering, the e-mail notification never came, and my attempts to log in met with failure, as verification e-mails similarly went missing. But the wine made it here promptly, even if I had no way of knowing when to expect it.”

Thanks so much for the feedback! I'm so sorry about the email notification issue, I've heard of people saying its too much communication, but never that they didn't receive any! Do you mind sending me your order number so that i could look into it for you?

“Kosherwine.com customer service went above and beyond! We made a mistake with our delivery address and the staff made sure to grab the order before it left the store. They were able to re-route the order and deliver our wine quickly and safely. We will definitely order wine from them again.”

“Bad customer relations, bad experience. Website mistake labelled a case for free. I bought it, along with 12 more bottles, and they email me to renege on their mistake...a 25% discount, to which I said no thank you, but they made little concession and did not honor their mistake. Fine. Then I get my case of 12 bottles...and there's disgusting goop all over one, two, three bottles! I mean really gross stuff! Just not a pleasant experience. And at least, at least, do yourselves the good business practice of wiping down the bottles-- SIX of them were dusty. From someone who wanted to make this work, I'm not impressed.”

“This is my first time ordering from Kosher wines.com. The wine I ordered must be very popular, I know it's good, because you were out of it for several weeks. Of course once I was able to order some I definitely appreciate being able to have it delivered to my door on time. I have to say the price was great as well. I finally can relax with a glass of Vino Sweet Red. Thank you”
